Why Redondo Beach has two featured agents
Redondo Beach behaves like two markets. In the three months to September 2026, Redfin's median sale price was $1,779,477 in ZIP 90277, the south side with the harbor, the Esplanade and Hollywood Riviera, and $1,519,304 in ZIP 90278, North Redondo's grid of houses and townhouses. Citywide, 179 homes sold over those three months at a median of $1,541,766. We feature two agents from the same brokerage because they come at that market from different directions: one based in South Redondo and building her practice there, one with two decades of South Bay sales and a base just north in El Segundo.
This is our recommendation, not a ranking of every agent in the city. Interview more than one agent before you sign a listing or buyer agreement, and check every license yourself on the DRE lookup.
Clara Baum (Estate Properties)
Clara Baum (DRE 02188396, licensed since August 2022) works under the name Real Estate with Clara at Estate Properties, 1901 S Catalina Ave, Redondo Beach. Her August 2026 press release reports $17 million in closed sales over the prior 12 months, a top 10% producer ranking company-wide for 2025 and the 2025 Future Icon Award. Choosing between the two featured Redondo Beach agents
Both agents work for the same brokerage, so the choice comes down to fit. These are the questions that usually decide it.
Where each Redondo Beach agent is based
Clara Baum's office is on South Catalina Avenue in ZIP 90277, and her site lists Redondo Beach first among its area pages, followed by the Palos Verdes cities, Torrance, Lomita and the other beach cities. Charles Fisher works from El Segundo, farther north along the coast, and he names El Segundo, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Mar Vista and Westchester.
Track record behind each Redondo Beach agent
Charles Fisher has held a California license since 2006 and reports more than 350 career transactions. Clara Baum was licensed in 2022, after her business career, and reports $17 million in sales over a recent 12 months. Both figures are self-reported in press releases; ask each agent for a list of closed sales in your ZIP and property type.
Property types in Redondo Beach
Charles Fisher's profiles name single-family, multifamily and luxury homes, and trust and estate sales for families, trustees and attorneys. Clara Baum's profile mentions first-time buyers, investors and sellers of longtime family homes, and her own investments in single-family, multifamily and triple-net property. If you are selling an inherited North Redondo house, or buying a first condo on the Esplanade, ask each which recent sales match yours.
Team support for a Redondo Beach sale
A 2026 South Bay profile pictures Charles Fisher with Sylvette Mascioni and Ryan Martin, and one of his Google reviewers names Sylvette. Clara Baum's website and press release describe her own practice and name no team. Ask either one who attends showings, who negotiates and who manages escrow.
Fees for a Redondo Beach purchase or sale
Since the August 2024 settlement, buyers sign a written agreement before touring, and buyer-agent pay is negotiated rather than set on the MLS. On Redfin's three-month median of $1,541,766, each 1% of commission is about $15,418. Ask both agents for their fee in writing; our California real estate commission guide explains the options.
The Redondo Beach market either agent will be working in
Redfin counted 179 sales and 136 active listings in Redondo Beach in the three months to September 2026, with 2.3 months of supply, a median of 47 days on market and an average sale at 99.9% of list. Zillow's typical home value hit a record $1,473,478 in September 2026, up 2.4% in a year. Our Redondo Beach guide has the detail, and the ZIP 90277 data page and ZIP 90278 data page track the monthly figures.
How we chose these Redondo Beach agents
For each agent we confirmed the license, status and responsible broker on the DRE public lookup, opened their website or local profile and press releases, looked for Redondo Beach sales on public MLS records and read their client reviews. Both licenses list the same responsible broker, Beachside Ventures Inc of Torrance (broker license 01879720). Every featured agent passes the same checks. The full method is on how we choose agents.
