How to use Camarillo ZIP data
ZIP codes are mail routes, not neighborhoods, and both Camarillo ZIPs reach well beyond the city. Use them as a first filter, then narrow down by street. Three tips:
- Match the measure. Zillow's typical value estimates all homes, while Redfin's median sale price reflects only homes that sold. Compare Zillow with Zillow and Redfin with Redfin.
- Check the sample. When a ZIP has fewer than 20 sales of a type in three months, read the median as a rough range.
- Confirm city or county. The city's GIS maps show whether an address is inside Camarillo, which affects services, permits and some taxes. Our Ventura County property tax guide explains tax rate areas.
